The steps are basically the same thing..
1. Replace the HSHIELD folder first. (make sure u have a backup)
2. Open perfectmod and load up the audition.dll, then check the box.
3. Open AutoF9 and start perfect delay.
4. Load up Audition and it should work.
*NOTE*
Any firewall/anti-virus will detect the perfectmod as a virus and delete it. If u want this to work, ur going to have to allow it or close ur firewall ie.
If u don't trust me then don't open it. Just trying to help out.
