I personally think that an instant 70 server is absolutely useless simply because everyone will find it hard starting of from 70 straight away. Think about it, all your skills are still 0, you have no armour to fight higher level mobs and ontop of that you have no money to buy anything. Even when you are 70 you will still have to start off killing low level mobs to build up your money and skills. Yes it does save some time, but its just a pain when all you are doing is fighting all these mobs to get gold and increase your skill. What makes it fun while killing mobs is when you actually gain XP and get that urge to kill one more to get to the next level :P.

Personally, a good instant 70 server would require a bit more work on it to make it "playable", meaning you will have to start them off with some kind of small advantage to get the going.

For example, some things you may add to an instant 70 server:

1) each players starts off with 100 gold (for skills and professions and maybe some noob armour).

2) Unique merchants that sell general lvl 70 armour at a very low price, (think of it as noob armour that will help you fight a lvl 60 equally so that you may then gain more gold and replace that noob armour with armour dropped from lvl 60's, and so on till your armour is strong enough to fight lvl 70's equally).

3) Could possibly add a new area for instant lvl 70's to farm at, just to make it easier. Since the aim of this instant lvl 70 server is to PvP anyway, might as well change the game style to farm farm farm, get more gold, better armour and attack the opposition. Rather than .... travel waste time, kill a certain mob get their drop, then move on to the next mob). This should speed up the game and allow everyone to participate in PvP'ing including noobs that don't know where to go. (more fun for everyone).
