I think making a newer server to replace the old isn't a good idea atm as the number of people playing is not high enough. We do not have enough developed economy or pvp due to the lack of players and honor point/arena system are bugged. Dragging people away from high rate server to another pre-tbc one doesn't really improve gameplay or make it more interesting. Why? same issue with bug in skill, quest, mobs etc... But it's your call.
