yes i would also would like to know how to. I tried googling it for one, I tried hiding my ip address[ using program called JAP and using proxy servers], then i tried some stupid methods [resetting modem, leaving it off all night,etc etc and more unsuccessful attempts]. then i heard taht u are unable to change ur external ip address which is the one they ban and so i tried calling my internet company and gave them an excuse but they didnt buy it and didnt change it....and how exactly do you packet edit -_- it doesnt sound so easy, considering most people do not know how to bypass ip bans
