I'm thinking of possibly, 200 or so minimum post count, 1 year old account, and THEN you are allowed to apply for level 2 access, which can be evaluated by an admin/mod, or maybe even evaluated by people already in level 2.
Things like 200 reputation is ridiculous. I wonder what the percentage of people in this forum even have 200 rep.

1 year account?!?! no fair i was with this site ages ago but forgot my account so i barely joined...that would be no fair! RAWR but i do agree the rep this is ridiculous... They should just make post count and ban all spammers and leechers.... make it a IP ban the first time they do it.. if they did it on purpose that is.....RIDICULOUS i was going to get to 250 posts then gets bummed out by this.... :(
