If that's what this entire thread is about, then you should have PM'd him an politely requested that the thread be re-opened. If he does not comply (and you still feel it should be reopened), PM an admin or smod and they will look into it for you.
If that's not what this thread is about, then I think I've addressed the main concerns already. WTFPWNED just needs to lighten up a bit and not alienate the users of his section (which I feel is a fair enough request). I'm sure he'll be compliant from this point forward, and further abusing him will probably not help your cause.
To be frank, it's pretty atrocious. Reading through a brick wall of text on a black background is
not a fun thing to do, as screens (even my 42") weren't made to be pieces of paper. A little off-topic, yes, but you should try paragraphing sometime.
