Use Audacity, Drag the .ogg file into it, click EDIT > PREFERENCES > FILE FORMATS and go down to the MP3 bitrate selection and select 320. When that's done, Click FILE > EXPORT AS MP3 and it'll ask you for the dll file I attached. Put my file on your desktop and select it in Audacity. Let it convert and there you go. Put it on your Ipod/whatever.
