This is a scam, you can't have those stats and only be level 74.

My stats are 80 Attack, 77 Strength, 75 defence and I am level 95 combat level.

actually yes he tryed to scam..i used [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] combat calculator and added these stats what he said and got 75-76 comabt..but if i added 70hp too it came up to 92 combat
