second how can i use visual basic6.0?
third does i need a premission from the owners of the trainer that i will make?
fourth how can i know that the trainer that i will make is copyright or not?

1) LimeWire or Microsoft Website for VB 08
2) Make a lot of things
If your planning to make DF/MQ trainers
Here is a link to TUT:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
3) You need permission to use SWFs if they are not yours
4) If you don't want your trainers leeched make the program so that when you open it it haves your name in it

You need permission for all files, not just swfs.
