can someone tell me what the Sweep is?

i was looking in the AQ forums for builds for my character then i happen to read about a Sweep,,, whats that?,, and when will it happen?

i got a vague description that it will change some aspects of AQ like balancing of builds and spells,,, but i dont really know what it is

so does anyone know? can somebody tell me?

so that i cant buy any items or do something that will be changed,,,
