NightBane's Apothesis is a 1 hit attack, those with higher DEX has a better chance to hit than those without DEX.

That's a misunderstanding, the high DEX counts for weapons to hit, with magic you'll just hit or you won't... And only INT will raise the damage of the spells

Nuha is correct actually:

Spells
BtH: Dex/16 + Int/16 + Luck/20
Damage: Int/16 + Int/16

DEX helps the BTH of any sort of attack, player or spell.

I always think that they would. Cheatengine forums would probably be more monitored though, since that's where the trainers are made.
