Possible problems/solutions
1. It got bugged. Try it again until it doesn't say close program.
2. It has a virus. Delete the virus using a debugger, scan it using scanbox or delete it using AVG, NOD 32, Avira and other VirusDetectors that can delete viruses.
3. Blocked. Unblock it.
4. You don't have a .net Framework 3.5. Google it.
5. You don't have a Flash Player 8 - 10 depending on the version needed of the game. Then download in in Adobe website. Search google for it.
6. If you're using Vista, then Run it as Administrator.
