Skins in A18

Just a quick question about the edited skins/mods that I've been seeing on Youtube and such, hopefully I won't get flamed.

I was wondering if there were such things for Albatross18 since I've seen many different types of skins on Youtube.
Were there any made from Albatross18 and are there any out there now? Or are they only for the other versions.

it's all in the .pak files the only problem i see is hacking a18 and getting the server files so you can set up your own server.
