Hacks on Vista?

Whenever I try to use hacks on Vista, it comes up and says something like"Program not responding, Close the prgram?Look for a solution online?" But on my XP Computer, hacks dont respond but work perfectly. Please help!

here the steps if you get alow or cancle or program stop:FOR VISTA ONLY!


OKAY
Step 1:Press Menu Icon
Step 2:Click on Control panel
Step 3:Then click user account and familay saftey
Step 4: CLick user account
Step 5: Click on the bottme were it sey Turn contrl user on or off click that then untick(un check) the box save then restart computer now
There you have it.
