Help pls?

Uhm i tried all audition hacks they work fine well i havnt tried them ingame but my problem is when i open Perwin from all hack files it always comes up this He Thong Khong The Truy Cap Do Quyen Admin .then it closes down and no settings comes up!How to fix this or is there any other perwin out there?

To fix it, you need to open it, using an administrator account.
You can could create one.

also, this might work, but theres no garuentee, so don't complain if it doesn't. (Apologies for misspelling garuentee.)
=> Right Click on Perwin.
=> Click properties.
=> Click the 'Compatibility' tab.
=> Check the box that says 'Run as an administrator'
=> then click okay.

This works on vista, not sure about XP. :)
