HACK CANNOT OPEN B'coz firewall

Please help me .i already download pf hack but can't open it.
The text is:

Windows cannot access the specified device,path,or file.You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item.

There's anyone could help me??

dude. u should turned off ur firewall.and yeah. there's an instruction.i guess u didnt read it coz ur excted to hack. leechers. o.o

I already turn off the firewall but it still can't access the hack

This usually occurs when the account you are on is not administrator therefore, you do not have access. You will need administrator permission, go on an Admin account or change your current account to an admin.

If you don't know an admin's account password then you can hack it by doing the following:

1. Go to Start Menu, click 'Run...'
2. Type in "cmd".
3. A black box should open.
4. Type in, "net user" and press Enter.
5. Now type in "net user <Name of user> *". (Yes the, * too.)
6. Bunch of information shows...
7. Type a new password.

Then the password will be changed to whatever you typed.. but you'll probably get caught haha.

or.. just change your account by..

1. Restart the computer
2. Keep pressing F8
3. Select Safe Mode
4. Select the administrator Account
5. Change your account to admin

o.o Just giving you some ideas.

Or... I found this program that reads the account passwords without changing them. The only downside to this is you have to wait 3 days for them to be revealed. (Unless you want to pay 30 dollars for passwords lol.) It uses hashes. Anyway if you want further instructions PM me.
