I have the source code that bingo sent me. It is uncompleted and according to him, he was very close to it. If anyone would like it, pm me for it. I'll share it to those with potential to make an acv tool. I'm not sharing it in public for obvious reasons.

Maybe supex or tdenisenko can help decipher the code and make a working tool for 3rd gen acvs? I think they are pretty good at C++
