Patch Details

Beat Rush Mode

Choose between:

Practice Mode
Normal 4-Key Mode
Normal 8-Key Mode
Hard 4-Key Mode
Hard 8-Key Mode

Based on the beat of the music (bpm), when a spinning beat ball hits one of four different keynotes, you must enter the keynotes successfully to earn score.

Fill the Beat Rush gauge and you will enter Beat Rush time where the more you hit the two CTRL keys rapidly, the higher the score you will earn. Check out this exciting new gameplay mode!

Emote Motion Item

New emote motion item enables a variety of different actions for your character: anything from the victory motion to keeling over! Check them out!

Graphics Overhaul

The resolution has been improved from 800x600 to 1024x768.

The previous motion trails for character arms and legs when dancing have been changed to cool sparkly effects of various different colors. There are also new flying hearts upon completion of synchro perfects, different dancing spot graphics, as well as emote motion effects!

Also a new feature is the support of the ESC key to close pop-up messages.

Music Selection

Custom sort feature

Users can customize a music list order to make it easier to find a song you want (by BMP (descending), level (ascending), name of artist, or title of music).

New music list, random list toggle feature

New music and random-related lists are placed on the top of the music list for convenient use, and On/Off feature with a toggle button is supported.

List window improvement

We made improvements on the list window.
Display order of music information is changed from artist>title>BPM (or level) to BPM (or level)>artist>title.
Length of artist name text and music title text will be adjusted to fit in the screen (any text exceeding a certain limit will be shown as “…”)

PATCH DATE: Scheduled for September 1st or 8th. We would like this patch to be as bug-free as possible so we are taking some extra time working on this gigantic patch for everyone!
