im having trouble clicking the okay/confirm buttons.
After clicking it nothing happens and the downloading wont work as well i tried clicking all of them but i keep getting this thing saying

Sorry about the late respond but where exactly are you "clicking"?

is it the download part?

If the first link doesn't work for you, try the next 2 ones.

needed help ASAP, i want to try this audition... before i played audition indonesia and i level 68 thanks a alot all... nice to greet u...

Click generate and copy the code to the ID.

It said, "Identity card number's format is incorrect, please re-enter"
