How to fix Error 75 [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Ok if you've gotten an error when clicking the control center here are the steps:
1.Click on the control center configuration settings
2.Then find skipnews=1 and change it to skipnews=2 and save it.
3.Open the control center (the program). Something will popup click no. Next there will be 2 icons with ??????, click on the right hand side one.
4.Open again the control center (configuration settings) and change it back to skipnews=1 and save it. Open the control center (program) and the error should not appear anymore.

How to use: Copy english.loc in script folder to the same folder where the LOCtoSLK.exe
Open LOCtoSLK.exe
Open english.slk with notepad
Search nick_ex twice and find the "Enter Nickname" below
Change it to whatever you want ex. "princeken09"
save then open SLKtoLOC.exe then copy the english.loc back to script and thats all :)
