This tutorial will help you reduce your internet lag (not video problems lag) by turning on the TcpAckFrequency.
Here's a video tutorial:

For those who don't want to use the video tutorial:
- First, Press WinKey + R, then type "regedit"
- Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\"
- You will see many folders named {9807D412-D1FE-49A2-9C44-06EBEA85AF98} or such. Go to each folder and see if you can find a string called "DhcpIPAddress"
- If so, right click on the folder, go to New then Dword, rename it to "TcpAckFrequency", and set the value to 1.
- You may find many folders with a string "DhcpIPAddress", just do the steps above again.
- Restart your PC. Then there.
Or Use this Automated TcpAck tweak:

- Open TcpAck tweak, open the Checker, if it says that you haven't used the tweak yet, run the Install then restart your PC. :) It's good to go.
You can reduce your lag from 150ms to 50ms depending on your ISP.
