delfull and other perwins

y when i click on every dellfull i downloaded, it have an error report???

help please.on my sister comp it works, but not on mine.how do i fix the problem???

Steps:

--> Download The File

--> Extract The File

--> Open Perwin

--> Exit Perwin

--> Open Your Delfull/Perwin That You Were Having Errors With And It Should Hopefully Work

its just an error report.like it has encountered a problem and needs to blah blah blah blah and can click send error report and dont send.and before the error report.the dellfull or perwin will cr8 new files.the files are 1 2 3.names respectively
