how i can change my ip?

i am from israel and i wan to play in Audi Sea
and i need to change my ip how i do that?

does auSea ban outside IP addressess?well, actually you can't get in even if you change your IP address...i don't know your network set up but i am quite sure you can't change you IP address because it is dynamicaly given by your ISP... your ISP then connects you to the world using their own ip addresses.. so it is their IP address that shows up, not yours...that how it works in our country.. i don't know about yours...
