Can someone tell me the shoutcut key to reply whisper?

shift + ' works for my desktop, but not on my laptop.
For laptop, i purchase premium messenger plus so to reply whispers, i press 'ctrl + page down' or 'ctrl + 5' on my keyboard to reply the whisp. I don't know any other way to reply whisp for laptop other than this.
