There are 2 ways to recover your account.

1. Go to @club to pay the penalty fees ($ needed = lv x 5). Wait 1 month for your account to be re-activated.

2. Plead with a gm to win over his/her sympathy and persuade him/her to unban your account on your behalf for free.

The 2nd way doesnt always work. but gd luck.
