This are the step for Vista/XP Pro,Home Edition users~
1st
Qn > How do you unpack your 021.acv?
Ans> 1st Step -Press Start
2nd Step - Press Run
3rd Step - Type in the box "CMD" then enter do not copy the " type onli CMD
4th Step - If you done everything correctly you will see that a box wif lots of white words ^^ < unless u colour blind > LOLS!
**Vista User Folow Step 5! <<Xp Pro, Home Edition Please kindly w8 while i find a way to use it ^^>>
5th Step - Put the 021.acv that u wish to unpack / Decompress at . *Press Start At the 2nd row, u will see ur computer name* Click that and insert ur 021.acv there.
6th Step - At you Cmd box type the location of you acv_tool.exe EG C:\Users\DarkillerDK\Desktop\acv_tool\acv_tool 021.acv dec
Step 6th teaches u how to unpack ^_^

Notice i added a "-c 021.acv" at the back? ^^ thats how u compress them back into a acv ^^

There is no Question which is noob! You ask question becoz u are curious and not becoz u are a noob ^^. So pls do not say u are asking a noobish Question. Becoz every question and lead to something big! your Question will solve many ppl's duobt, Who dun dare to ask ^^

Back to ur question, This tool is used to unpack and pack back the ".ACV" files. Have find Trying them out ^^
