There are many people who post videos like this on Youtube.
Because the video is good-looking, the other people think that it's true, but it's not true, because ServerSideHacking is not possible for the most hackers. (Ok, I saw someone in Flyff who hacked the monsters (they had only 1 health point))

But those people who can do this are really, really, really,...,really experienced in hacking. And they are not selling it because it could become public, neither they would give it to you for nothing.

Don't trust the people who wrote it like this or who posted a video with with this text.
