Although requirement says lvl 5 alchemy to fuse (not sure if to use) , it still usable with lvl 1 alchemy. Elixir heals 75 hp compares to the potion u buy in fallow grove and other town which cost 50-175 to heal half of what elixir heals. If it's intentional... then i just got a good deal (bought 200 of them muahahha)
