Aimpoint Problem

I have downloaded a few aimpoints from this website to try on call of duty 4 cause it is helpful for hardcore games. Non of them seem to work in call of duty 4, anyone have ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

Not out dated. Cod4 has its own aimpoints, so therefore you don't need the ones you downloaded. If you can use the ones cod4 has in it, then your pro yourself. :)
