how to anti-kick ???

hi can someone tell me how to anti-kick.. Because i always get kicked from the room !

Could you tell us more about the Problem?
Is it caused by an Hack?
Is it caused by an Slow Internet Connection?
Do you have that Problem in all Rooms?

the problem is in game room they always kick me , can i anti-them kick me ?? mean vote failed
