Fixing Your Acne

i never got acne myself

• Puberty, Produces oil in your body system chek
  
• Grease, extremely unhealthy and bad for your skin chek
  
• Dirtyness, often causes a lot of whiteheads, or blackheads chek
  
• Sweat, Only bad if it stays on your face and dries chek
  
• Lack Of Sleep chek
  
• Lack Of Water chek
  

not saying that youre lieing or something, but it really depends on the person himself. if youre father had them at young age, you prolly will to.

Heh, all i eat is greasy food (pizza, chips etc) and my skin is like a babies bottom and im not even fat =D. I only wash once a day (shower in the morning) and im a lazy shit. So personally i think what your saying is wrong.

As for acne, since I'm Polish, I use my normal remedies. Vodka.

To my knowledge, the link between food and acne has long been de-bunked. Food doesn't contribute to the oiliness of your skin, but rather a certain hormone (can't remember it off the top of my head) that controls the secretions.

No, you are very well right.

I eat tons of greasy foods, actually most of my diet is grease, and I have NO acne at all on my body, maybe a pimple or two on my back and they come and go.

As for a clean face, I do think it has something to do with it, but then again I don't.

When I was sent away to Mnt Pocono, they had us do a lot of camping where you would go 7+ days without a shower, and I never got acne when i was up there, I was also living in the woods in a cabin with 9 other sweaty guys where we do PT every day.

So I personally think ACNE is a personal thing, and has to do with your body and puberty, when I first hit puberty I had a lot of acne on the face, now I have none at all at 18.

So acne is something that just has to run its course, IMHO.

Good to see someone else is on the same wavelength as me... I'm pretty sure you could google acne & genetics and you'd find some links between the two.
