OR..... use ur modems Standby{PC} Or your Switch For Wifi{LAPTOP}

uh that would not work because my Ethernet cable is directly connected to the wall to my desktop because my modem is in the control panel

all you gotta do is detach the ethernet cable attached to ur pc........but that might be too much of a hassle sometimes

That one doesn't work for me. I use vista, so tapping programs don't work either.
