Problem server problems

Okay, heres my situation after the maitenence on august 12,
when i log into combat arms everything seems normal,that is untill i try to join a server. when i click join nomatter what server or channel it says server is full. i have tried many times one time it worked and i tried joining a game and i loaded the map but i had no weapons at all!!!

here are some things ive tried so far

1. rebooting

2. playing without bypass and naming the hsupdate to what its orginal name was

3. screaming and pounding on my keyboard

i get the same thing all i did was wait then it finnaly worked i tried it about 3 times CA need to fix it..
