Enabling the blood effect [Noob Friendly]

If you cant select the Blood effect then here is how you do it.

1. Open your combat arms folder

2. Go into the Profiles folder

3. Open up your player.txt

4. Press Ctrl + F then type in gore

5. Replace the 0 with a 1

6. Now just do file > Save > Yes.

Sign into your account on CA and u will notice that you have the choice of blood effect.

Okay, Try putting the player.txt as Read-Only after you replace it with a 1, And make sure you go in and enable blood aswell... What might be stopping you is your age on your account is not put as 18 or older

You can just set the blood effect in-game.

for Vista dont see 0

1.) Why would you even follow these tutorial if you can do it in "EASY" way?

Saying "If you cant do that" you have to do it in hard way? LOL.

You can just click "Settings" and click ON or OFF.

So what with these guide anyway?

So next thing your going to put a guide how to change "resolution" go to player.txt folder and change x y blablabla which is so easy to change on settings with just 1 click.

If YOUR ACCOUNT IS UNDER 18 THEN IT DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE OPTION FOR ENABLING GORE. HE IS DOING THIS THREAD SO PEOPLE WHO DIDNT MAKE THEIR ACCOUNT HAVE THAT AGE CAN STILL SEE THE BLOOD.

Blood is server sided. Even if you change gore to 1 and log on your account, the server says your age is under 18 and reset player.txt making gore = 0.
