Ok i've had the same problems the rest of you have and after doing some scouring on these boards, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] had the answer. So lets all thank him for his method I simply am providing a automated way for his fix.

Here is the compiled fix as well as the source code I'm using Visual Studio 2008 as my Dev environment if you wish to compile it yourself.
For all others open the Rar file and extract the Bin/Release folder and inside that is the CA_DC_Fix.exe that you'll need to run.
Instructions:
Start CA_DC_Fix.exe
Start CA
Stop at the Login Screen
Alt+Tab out of CA and hit the Apply Fix button
Leave CA_DC_Fix.exe running and login to your game
Play as normal with no D/C issues
Exit CA after your done
Exit CA_DC_Fix.exe with the X(Close Program) button so the files can be moved back to their original location.
If by some chance you do not follow these instructions correctly the HShield files will not get moved back to their needed location to play again next time you load CA. So if you can not follow simple rules and your game doesn't start next time Start CA_DC_Fix.exe and press the Restore Files button and start the step over again(Above).
NOTE: Vista users will need to run this file as Admin for file moving purposes.

CacoManda, i think you made a mistake, there is NO virus . Otherwise the source code is in the package, any doubt about it, just compile yourself and get a new clean executable (.exe). About lagg nothing to say, i didn't had any trouble.
