Instructions:

Download, extract the .exe file and use it!
(DO NOT EXIT THE CROSSHAIR WITHOUT CHECKING "Hide Red" OR "Hide Blue")
(IF YOU EXIT WITHOUT CHECKING IT, IT WILL STAY ON YOUR SCREEN FOREVER UNTIL YOU RESTART YOU COMPUTER)

Oh and when you exit the crosshair, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and the task manager will come up.
Go to "Applications" and look for "XD".
The "XD" is the crosshair.
When you find it, click it and "End Task" on it.
(Your doing this because the crosshair didn't exit it all)

it did remove taskmanager and since i was using windows vista it wouldnt let me do anything using administator settings and setting task manager back up required "administrator". The only way i got it set back right was a system restore. i recommend that nobody download this especially if you use windows vista.

And after I did a virus scan, and rebooted my computer, I could use the task manager again!
