Is there a CO PARTNER that Works

I just want to know if there is a partner that works as of Today January 28 and if so, where i can get it or if somebody could attach it please. Sorry if this is begging but epvp won't let me register right, the page keeps freezing and it won't send a confirmation letter. Still waiting on one of the 3 accounts i tried when it said it will be send in the next ten minutes(its been a couple of days)
