Why can't I pk some ppl?

search function is disabled so I was just wondering if there is some way ppl can make it so others cant pk them? guy made a guild. was same as my guild. only he used ~ in it.... tried pking him cus its lame to copy guild names...it just shot the arrow at him * looked like if u shot arrow at a patrol * didnt hit him... had this problem a couple times. ty for your time.

first, r u in a safe map, (Twin City, Market, Training Grounds, etc) second if ur in either AC or PC (ape city or phoenix castle) and the noob you're attacking is under lvl 26, then u can't attack them either. all i have to say.

well ur right and ur wrong if u get wat im sayin u can attack them but u get a 1 way ticket to Jail and for a second point he might have lagged out of ur screen or tryed to dc when u tryed to kill him

yes that happens all the time, i'm an archer so it takes 4 hits or so for me a kill, after i hit and they jump away for 2 seconds, i come up and hit them over and over, then i wisper them, sometimes they're on, so they teled, but sometimes they DC and u don't update that, so they're still on ur screen.
