from all the other Version ive download ive not seen this result before

ok i previously downloaded this program, before it was deleted, and it worked. The box thing was working allright. However, i didnt see any change in my gaming experience vesided that. Still, i did get some computer errors saying Stock ERROR 10060 CONNECTION TIMED OUT. any one help
