Making my own p server (help plz)

Ok iv read the guide that is stickied ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ])
but i am having a problem ... every time I try to log on to my server i get the connection error iv changed the ip adress and everything, and on the guide the source download dosen't work maby that is my problem? if anyone knows how to help or have up to date source codes plz post here

maybe.. ur ports arnt forworded? lol just use hamugi program idk how to spell iit sry :| use that and then u wont have any problems but when ppl want to go on ur server they are gonna have to make acct on that program and u need to give them ur number etc. idk if u followed every thing then it should work. i made a server befor.. was kinda ez.. but some shit u dont need to do like put that shit in ur C: folder or some thing like that. ye so u need to forword ur ports.
