| Lurker | The Sort of Complete Guide to Powerlevelling! ![]() I present to you, my dear friends, the Pros and Cons of Conquer Online power levelling! I feel compelled to make this guide because I see conquer accounts ruined or buffed every day by this love-hate aspect of the game. I hope my guide can help you in some way. What IS Powerlevelling? This is dedicated to you WoW fans who think power levelling is where someone logs onto your account and levels for you. This form of powerlevelling is most probably against the CO ToS, but there is still power levelling in CO. Oh yes. On Conquer Online players over level 90 can pick up a bunch of noobies in his/her/its team and drag them along while killing monsters far above the noobies level. This can dramatically increase the noobies XP and give them "power" levels, thus comes the name Powerlevelling. Common Powerlevelling Areas There are a few areas in CO where you are more likely to get powerlevelled than others, the most common of these being Love Mountain, fighting "Slow Apes". There are other areas where I have encountered power levelling, one of these is "Winged Dragon"s in the top right corner of Maple Forest. Having not been power levelled much in my CO life, I don't know many other places. Pros The good bits about Powerlevelling. - You get an extremely high level much faster than you would levelling yourself. - You get to peek at other peoples equipment ![]() - You can afk and it saves incredible amounts of time and energy. Cons The bad bits about Powerlevelling. - You have to grind weapon proficiency alot afterwards. - You have to grind skill / spell proficiency alot afterwards. - You may possibly be abandoned before you reach your wanted level, this can put you out immensely. And finally.. My Miracle Cure to the Disease of Pleveling. It isnt really MY cure, but I find it helps. Do Monster Hunting quests! You can get these quests from Captains (TCCaptain, PCCaptain etc.) And thats about the end of my guide to powerlevelling folks. I hope this can help you in some way. :P |
