Hey every one is there a place to get a night devil really fast.

hmm from how much i know u can get one from Dis City ... From floor 3 or 4

also you need to be level 110+ to enter dis city but probly wont make it that far unless you have really good equips or lv 120+ prefered

its a Mob drop from Wraiths on the 3rd floor. Its really rare although some people do tend to get lucky.

i got so lucky when i was a noob, got it from the aparaitions in twin city, not the aparitions the monsters after the blade ghosts or somethin...and yea i was a noob so it said to right click it...and i did >.< but oh well

For me I find NightDevil's the most at Left Flank 3rd floor. Although I never do go into the right flank.. I've found 2 so far in the left flank or side whatever it's called.
