Spawn points....Where?

Could someone please tell me where all or some of the spawn points in DC, and BI are?

BI is only good for birdmen/hawkings

birdmen are outside city and to get to hawkings go into the portal inside the city, the top right island is also hawkings. the middle island is banditL97

DC = around the city = sandmonsters, top right area = rockmonsters, bottom right area = hillmonsters. top left area = blademonsters. same applies for the 2nd map somewhat.

jump around in DC = lots of free spawns not lots of ppl hunt there but dont know why....all the ppl hunt hawkings/apes
