Here is a met zone exit map that I made since I have not seen one in a while. It only shows the portals and a way out. Note that the upper right island is the most dangerous and most people will die. But at least you now have a map.

I don't know who created it, but I don't take credit for it.
Seeing as there is no lab map posted here on GzP here is an up-to-date one:

Here is a second reborn map and I don't take any credits for it(Forgot who made it) and it is a shade brighter so its easier to see when you're in the dark second reborn. Pink dots are lords who have a 50%-75% chance of dropping a moss, soul aroma, or dream grass. White dots are the 4 seals. And the last tiny dot at the top is the cleansing oven. rep me if this helped!
