I've recently decided that the support they offer for accounts is a joke. I lost my 130 water>ninja to trojan on my computer. After getting it cleaned, and emailing TQ, they hesitated to give me my account. This time I emailed them, they had no problem with it, but I got it only to found out they banned it in my best interests to prevent anything from being stolen.
So, I'm just wondering, has anyone else had a bad experience with their support?
If so, you can rant about it here, just don't be ridiculous about it.

This has happened to me too Edward, but I ended up getting my account back. I emailed them with my problem and they "temporarily" banned my account. After like 2-3 weeks they finished up their "investigation" and gave me my account back. I had not bought any dbz or anything on it so I guess there work wasn't great but at least I did get my account back fully restored.
They've always had realy bad support, even with people who've bought DBs. Just keep at it and eventualy you should get through to them, although it may take a month or 2.
You've been pretty lucky up til now then. A couple years ago i tried to contact them for something about buying DBs and never heard a response. Worked itself out in the end, but their account support team is pretty dire.
Damn, i would have imagined the trojan scanner that they included should have picked up ur trojan though? Either way, i can imagine them dragging their feet because its not a problem on their end as far they they're concerned. If they said its for the saftey of your account, and not for a ToS violation, they should willingly unban it when u finaly get through to them and proove that you're you, and u now have full control of the account again.
