Question How to edit GuildOfficer Actions

Hello , hope anyone have a good solution for this
my Source 5065
and i started my server
but after win GW , when the Guild Leader go to get 3k CPS from GuildOfficer
it don't give the Guild Leader anything

and also
i wanna add Top Guild Leader Hallows
i can add it into my Client but can't add this Top Thing action into my Source

anyone can help ?
