can u cast spells faster as a tao?

guys i was wondering...is ther a bot tht can cast spells faster thn usual?
itll be really useful if ther is.

there are none out there. but if some1 had enough time and knowlege on their hands, they could probably make one.

And even if there would be one, it would probably not be released. I think there would be several reasons not to release it.

1)If they'd release it, then the chance is bigger that the people that are eating out of their nose in conquer suddenly notice all taos attack a shitload faster, so it gets patched faster.

2) If you got such a great tool, then why would you give away that advantage?
