what was used to create conquer

i know the following programs were used to create some conquer online files and i am able to fully exploit the files created useing these programs because of it:

coral paint shop - could be used to edit the monsters and npc's pictures so they are more bot friendly. (client side only - undetectible)

POV-Ray for windows - used to make their 3d animations. explains why they are not very good. this is a very old 3d generator. produces poor results compared to modern software(but it is free). easy to manipulate npc and monster actions. (client side only - undetectible)
