Problem with CS:S

Hello everyone. I had recently Bought CS:S for 19.99 at Bestbuy.
I was really excited about being able to get it. But, when i tried to install it, i got a few errors

"Error 1335" and "Internal Error 2350"

I don't know what to do, and i really want to play it. If anyone has any information that could help me, please, Try to give me as much advice as possible.

its either your computer cant handle the data, your computer isnt fast enough,or you just need to download files so that your computer needs to play the game

I dont think that thats the problem. But i know my computer is fast enough, because my brother has the same game and same computer and plays it. I have all the room on it (since i just reformated) So i really dont understand why. + I just got another 2 gigs of ram for it. runs fast and it works fine. But when ever i try to install it, it comes up with and error saying that the files are corrupted and other shit like that. I sell the game to my bro, and it works for him. Im just wondering about it because i really wanna play it because i dont really like CS 1.6 to many hackers. so if anyone has any information on it, please try to tell me, Thats guys!!

Run Windows Update, and if it comes down to it return the game and purchase it off of Steam.
