Video recording CS:S

Anyone know any good programs to do so, i've tried Fraps but it only kills my FPS and makes it a little hard to play lol...
Or is there a way around that ?

What you need to do is record a demo first then, while playing back the demo, use FRAPS to record.

Not sure what the demo recording command is in CS:S, though.
Google should help you.

If you don't want to do all that, use WeGame.
